File not uploading

Featured Replies

Dear @Kirill Gromov, can you please tell me what could be the problem?

When I upload any file to the site, and attach a gif image, the file is not uploaded to the site.
But when I create a topic or just send a message, I attach a gif image and everything works.

Hello, you need to disable all applications and plugins and try to upload again.

I'll give it a try, thanks.

Hello. This means this is a bug and you can tell the developers so they can fix it.

I don't have a license right now, so I reached out to you.

You can send me access to the ACP and I can see what's going on.

Unfortunately I don't have that option right now, you can just list options where the problem might be and I'll try to find and fix it. Thank you.

Without research I can't say where the problem might be.

The logs should show this error?

@Kirill Gromov Good morning.

Host tech support response:

We tried to upload a file to your site with a gif image ourselves, and received the following:

You did not pass the security check. Please try again.

And these are the logs we have:

2023/11/09 00:13:52 [error] 41100#41100: *26220798 upstream prematurely closed connection while reading response header from upstream, client: 35.91.232.102, server: site.ru, request: "GET //site.ru/uploads/javascript_global/root_front.js HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://127.0.0.82:80//site.ru/uploads/javascript_global/root_front.js", host: "site.ru"

Would that help in any way?

Do you have an SSL certificate?

Yes, of course there is.

@Kirill Gromov

I put a test forum, tried it there, everything is the same, maybe it's the hosting? But I changed it because of this problem. Maybe I'm installing something wrong? Although what can be done wrong there.?‍♂️
